Responsibilities

Performing the analysis quote requests (including specifications when submitted);
Validate and / or clarify information from the client when required;
Develop quote from the price list, if applicable;
Making requests for price purchasing department when required;
Making transport

Check the hardware when required;
Enter all relevant information in the quote system;
Perform some basic designs when required;
Ensure compliance with standards and specifications (firewall, machining,
etc.);
Ensure that the quote meets the customer's request (price, delivery
date, etc.);
Responding to questions from clients regarding their application and
proposing alternatives when required.

Qualifications

• College Education in Architectural Technology or similar program

• Bilingual French and English

• Experience in the field of doors is an asset.

• Knowledge of LEED is an asset.

• Knowledge of software series MS Office;

• Strong knowledge of Excel is required Framework conditions and exercise work:

• Ability to work with frequent interruptions for questions of internal and external customers;

• French speaking is an asset

• Availability to work overtime.
