Inside Sales Coordinator

This position is for our Winnipeg location. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service related to inside sales in a commercial business.

Requirements: High School Diploma, customer service experience, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and organized. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to take on a variety of duties as it relates to efficient functioning of the branch.

Duties would include being on the order desk in the showroom which includes answering phone calls, emails, and faxes. Dealing with walk-in customers and entering customer orders and credits. Some picking of orders in the warehouse is also required.

Experience in or knowledge of the door & hardware industry would be considered an asset. Hours are 7:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. We offer a full benefits package.
