To register for the 2026 Canada Conference Golf Tournament, simply fill out the form below.
Coach transportation to and from the golf course, green fees, cart rentals and lunch are provided. Club rentals, if needed, are the responsibility of each golfer.
Complimentary access to putting green. Access to the driving range. (Buckets of balls at a fee)
