A couple of notes:

• If you want to register as a single player, select your category, and corresponding fee below.
• If you are registering a foursome, then click on "Add another Attendee", and complete the form for each player. Deadline for entries is June 8th. Entries of less than four will be assigned to a team at the discretion of the Golf Committee. Each foursome will be allocated two golf carts.
