Rick Dziadyk | Vice President

Rick Dziadyk has recently joined the West Four Group of Companies as Vice President, responsible for the oversight and performance of the Penner Doors & Hardware division. With over 15 years of experience in Commercial and Residential construction, including roles such as VP Sales and Marketing at AccessSMT (formerly Shanahans/McGregor & Thompson), Rick brings valuable expertise to the team.

He is looking forward to connecting with customers, former colleagues, and industry peers. In just two weeks of working with Penner, he has been impressed with the strength of the teams and their focus on delivering a great customer experience. With a solid platform in place, Rick is eager to contribute to the company's growth.

Rick is a family man, married with two teenage boys, and he enjoys living in Calgary with its mountains and golf courses. Rick is an avid enthusiast of car restoration and Formula 1.

Claude Hounjet | CFO

Claude Hounjet is the newly appointed CFO at the West Four Group of Companies. With a wealth of experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and over 10 years of leading accounting and finance teams, Claude has made significant contributions to the food manufacturing and agribusiness industry. He notably led a company through transformative growth until its acquisition. Claude will be co-managing the finance division with Darwin Kuemper, West Four’s tenured finance leader.

Before joining Penner, Claude spent five years at KPMG, a global accounting firm, where he served audit clients primarily in the mining and manufacturing sectors. Claude's expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and risk management. He's got an entrepreneurial mindset and is known for his goal-oriented, strategic thinking.

Beyond his financial acumen, Claude values family time with his wife and three kids, stays active through fitness and snowboarding, and has a passion for electronic music, which he shares through his decade-long experience as a club DJ and promoter. The team at Penner Doors & Hardware is thrilled to have Claude on board, using his expertise to drive the company's success.
