Allmar Management Buyout Announcement

We are pleased to announce the Management Buyout of Allmar Inc. Effective February 29th, the management team comprised of Ron Jonkman, CEO, Paul Porco, CFO, Brad Miles, CSO, Martin Willett, COO, and Elise Mayberry, Vice President Marketing, have purchased the company from Edwin and Arthur Redekopp. Edwin Redekopp has accepted an invitation to reinvest alongside the management team as a partner, nurturing his passion for Allmar and confidence in the management team’s success over recent years. 

We will continue to operate under the name Allmar Inc., along with our associated brands: Reliable Overhead Door Systems, A Division of Allmar, and Pinder’s Security Products, A Division of Allmar. 

We are proud of the growth, brand, and success of Allmar. With 14 selling locations, we will continue building revenues and market share in the architectural openings industry as Canada’s largest team of architectural door, hardware, security, and miscellaneous building specialties experts, advancing our valued customer and partner relationships.
