London Health Sciences Centre Publishes Accessibility Plan

London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), based in London, ON, published its 2024-2029 accessibility plan, spelling out its commitment to improving its facilities' accessibility. The plan addresses physical and other barriers to accessibility, and commits LHSC to over 40 goals in areas including: general accessibility; customer service; employment; information and communications; and design of public spaces. 

The plan fulfills a requriement under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) for its development. LHSC says the plan "aims to advance accessibility and inclusion at LHSC beyond legislative requirements."
