This year marks a major milestone for us: 40 years of service, growth, and community.

Since 1986, Penner Doors & Hardware has been proud to support the building industry with quality products, trusted expertise, and relationships built to last. What started as a single operation has grown into a company with locations in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Red Deer, Calgary, and Edmonton, now servicing a large portion of this beautiful country we call home.

At the heart of our story is the fact that we are family-owned and proudly Canadian. These aren’t just descriptors; they define how we do business. Being family-owned means decisions are made with care, integrity, and a long-term mindset. It means valuing people over transactions, relationships over shortcuts, and trust over trends. Our product offering spans the needs of the building trade, including architectural hardware, hollow metal doors and frames, toilet partitions, washroom accessories, mailboxes, closet doors, weatherstripping, and specialty doors. We’re also proud members of the Door & Hardware Institute at the national level, and actively involved in our provincial charters, staying connected and invested in the industry we serve.

While we’re incredibly proud of the last 40 years, we see this milestone not as a finish line, but as just the beginning.
