Our Company
Since 2000, jpw systems has earned the reputation as a leader in the architectural and electrified hardware industry. Our company has 40 employees including 9 consultants, in-house installation . We have been involved in award winning projects throughout Southwestern ON with a focus on Health Care, Education and Municipal projects.

What we’re looking for…
A Consultant who utilizes in depth product, industry, building code and application knowledge to consult with architects, engineers, owners, contractors and end users in providing a totally integrated opening solution that addresses customer issues, enhances customer experience and provides long term flexibility to our clients. The Architectural Hardware Consultant translates all of these elements into a list of products and operations identified as the finished hardware specification.
Here are the deliverables…
Working with your project manager, dedicated electrified support team and installation manager to successfully run a project as seen from our customers’ viewpoint, from start up through to post mortems.
Specifically you must be able to provide:
- Detailed analysis of floor plans, specifications and shop drawings by building and by door to determine functionality and ultimate operation of each opening
- Accurate product detail and pricing
- Clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders
- Change order management
- Accurate and timely billing
- On time, on budget, as expected by the Customer
- Post Mortems to improve processes and recognize successes
- Ensure the interactions with all stakeholders lead to jpw systems being first to mind for future work
- Mining the customer after the project is completed to ensure all future end user needs become a JPW systems opportunity

- Knowledge of Construction, Door Hardware, Low Voltage Door Hardware
- Knowledge of Cameras and Access Control an asset
- Desire to learn and demonstrates the ability to listen and question to determine the best solution– True Consultative Traits
- Understands basic financial skills, ie ratios, margins, profit, expenses
- Agrees with and champions the JPW brand in all situations
