Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Full-Time Project Coordinator -Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Education : College Diploma in Project Management is a definite asset but not essential, High School degree or equivalent , 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, 1 year experience in a trade, sales or project management directly related to door fabrication, 1 year experience in performing site measures and drawings in related field.
Essential Knowledge, skills:
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
Ability to read blueprints, work orders and technical specifications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Duties:
Complete fabrication drawings to customer specifications.
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
Provide customer assistance and troubleshoot potential issues.
Build productive trust relationships with customers.
Act as the point of contact and communicate status of project.
